PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

At times our goods may become sold out and delivery may take a little longer. We will always ensure our communication with you is open and advise you via email with the expected delivery time.

If goods are no longer available, we will advise you of this by email and if payment has already been made, we will arrange a refund.

PRICES

Prices on the website are current, but subject to change. Goods ordered will be charged as per the website pricing at the time of ordering.

GST

SRW is registered for GST. All prices are GST inclusive, however we will provide you with a Tax Invoice that clearly illustrates the GST component.

Please ensure that you use the purchased items in the way they have be outlined and for their intended purposes. 

Please provide supervision for certain items when required and be aware of age-appropriate guidelines. 

Where there is a warranty claim, it is possible that we can organise a replacement item from the supplier.
