Delivery.

We deliver Australia-wide.  

We use Sendl and Australia Post.

Once payment has been received, we will send you and email confirmation.

Once your order has been consigned you will receive an email with a tracking number.?

We will endeavour to deliver your goods within 3 to 4 working days.

We would appreciate that you email us immediately outlining your concerns if you are not satisfied for any reason. 

Refunds and Returns

 

We encourage you to contact us immediately if you are not happy with your order, or if any items are faulty or different from the sample shown. 

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving the goods, we will exchange goods provided they are unused, and in their original condition and packaging. 

It must be within 7 days of purchase, and the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

All returns must be shipped with a tracking number, which requires a signature by a Sensory Regulation Wonderland staff member. 

Faulty Goods

If the goods are faulty or different from the sample shown (or they have been incorrectly described) we offer either a refund or exchange.

All claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Our Process:

  1. Please contact us via info@sensoryregulationwonderland.com.au and quote your order number with details of your proposed return before proceeding.

  2. You will be required to pay postage to return goods (unless the goods are defective or we make a packing error).

  3. Goods must be received in an original, unopened condition.

  4. Goods MUST be packaged for transit to avoid damage. If goods received are in an unsaleable condition, then your return may not be processed.

  5. All returns must be shipped with a tracking number, which requires a signature by a Sensory Regulation Wonderland staff member.

Oral Motor Products

Returns for all oral motor products, or any product that is to be used in direct bodily contact, will be limited to defective merchandise only. 

Refunds (if applicable):

When we receive your return, it will be evaluated, and you will receive an email to let you know we have received your item. 

Once approved for a refund, a credit will be given to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

We will notify you if we have not been able to approve your refund, and we will give you a reason why.
